Burgers made from Latvian venison. 

2x120g=240g burgers

Ingredients: Venison 80% (Latvia), Pork lard 15% (Latvia), tomatoes, MUSTARD, wine vinegar, malt vinegar (BARLEY), capers, onions, sugar, paprika powder, rosemary, CELERY, sunflower oil, rhubarb, pepper, garlic, cinnamon. Acidity regulators: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Nutritional value of 100g product: energy value 1170kJ/ 281kcal, Fat 21, incl. saturated fatty acids 9.5g, carbohydrates 1g, proteins 21g, salt 0.9g. Use the product after heat treatment.
