Nutritional value of 100 g of product: 146kcal; fat 2g, including saturated fatty acids 0.5g; carbohydrates 27g, including sugars 8g; proteins 7; salt 0.5 g.
Preparation:
In the pan:
Pour a little olive oil or other high-quality oil into the pan, heat it on low heat until the pancakes are browned.
In the oven:
Place the pancakes in a baking pan lined with baking paper, brush the pancakes with a little olive oil so they don't stick. Heat to 180C - 10 min.
Served with sour cream or cream cheese and greens.
You can safely freeze this product before the expiry date, but no later than 2 days before the expiry date. After thawing the product in the refrigerator - use within 24 hours.
