Nutritional value of 100 g of product : 154kcal; fat 1g, including saturated fatty acids 0.5g; carbohydrates 27g, including sugars 8g; protein 8g; salt 0.3 g.
Preparation:
In the pan:
Pour a little olive oil or other high-quality oil into the pan, heat on low heat until the pancakes are browned.
In the oven:
Place the pancakes in a baking pan lined with baking paper, brush the pancakes with a little olive oil so they don't stick. Heat to 180C - 10 min.
Serve with jam, berries or fruit.
You can safely freeze this product before the expiry date, but no later than 2 days before the expiry date. After thawing the product in the refrigerator - use within 24 hours.
